sKTP with Teesside University
10th October 2009
Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd is pleased to announce that agreement has been reached, and funding provided, for a Shorter Knowledge Transfer Partnership (sKTP) project with Teesside University. Pictured below (left to right) are Eric Sandelands (CLC), David Norris (Teesside University), Claire Arbon (Teesside University) and Claire Sandelands (CLC) announcing the partnership on Tuesday, October 20, 2009.

The project will be activated by the appointment of a sKTP Associate charged with developing the international marketing development plan for CLC under the supervision of David Norris and Eric Sandelands. David brings unrivalled expertise to the project, combining a track record of success with international businesses, with his academic role at Teesside University, current and previous successes in transferring knowledge into small businesses. Claire Arbon has managed the sKTP process from concept to award, steering the proposal through the process, and grateful thanks are extended by the CLC team.
This announcement is timely following Teesside University’s prestigious award of University of the Year in the UK by the Times Higher Education Supplement and the additional award for Outstanding Employer Engagement Initiative of the Year.
According to Claire Sandelands of CLC:
“We’re delighted to be working with David, Claire and the team at Teesside University. We view the sKTP award as the first step in a lasting partnership. To activate the project we will take office space within the Innovation Centre of the University and look forward to putting this project into action to the benefit of our current and future clients.”
