Skills enhancement courses, Saudi Arabia
1st December 2008Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd conducted skills enhancement courses in Saudi Arabia for key client Kentz Engineers & Constructors. These were:
- Influence & Assertiveness, Al-Jubail, November 22 & 23, 2008;
- Essential Skills of Management, Al- Jubail, November 24 & 25, 2008;
- Influence & Assertiveness, Al-Khobar, November 26 & 27, 2008; and
- Essential Skills of Management, Al- Khobar, November 29 & 30, 2008.
Al-Jubail

The courses are part of an extensive process of skills development being delivered within Kentz. All courses focus on the needs of the individual, drawing upon experiences, team discussions and requisite theory to facilitate personal development.

Group exercises discussing live workplace problems form a key element of the learning process.
