Mentor/ mentee dinners held in the Middle East

To help bring mentees together with their mentors, Kentz Engineers & Constructors hosted a series of mentor/ mentee dinners in different Middle East locations, namely:

  • Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia – February 11, 2008;
  • Doha, Qatar – February 13, 2008;
  • Abu Dhabi – February 16, 2008.

A formal mentoring process is in place within Kentz for newly qualified graduates and trades people, with mentoring training being conducted by Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd. The dinners were hosted in order to help relationship building and peer support among both mentors and mentees.

Pictured are some of those at the Qatar event held at the Mexican restaurant within the Marriott Hotel in Doha. Sadly there weren’t enough sombreros to go round!
