Business Premises - The old Coach House

Customized Training for Kentz Medupi Power Station Team

February 2011

Customized training focusing on effective supervision, managing conflict and effective communication was delivered for 53 construction foremen, supervisors and superintendents at the Mogol Club in Lephalale, Limpopo Province, South Africa. All participants lead Kentz Engineering & Constructors’ teams constructing the Medupi Power Station, the largest dry-cooled coal fired power station in the world.

The workshops were held on three separate days. Thanks go to Nicol Kriek and the Kentz team at Medupi for organizing.
