Likusasa are a new client for Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd. and the creation of the Likusasa Academy is a major undertaking for us. The company provides a full range of specialist project management skills, from concept to commissioning and integration to assist its partners/clients in infrastructure development. As a recognized leader, Likusasa seeks out new technologies for our regions for infrastructure development and existing networks upgrades/expansions.

Likusasa actively participates in the telecommunications and power infrastructure sectors. Building on its experience and expertise, Likusasa is continually seeking new partners and sectors across the African continent through which it can apply its core expertise. Using the action learning approach, the live challenges facing the company form the basis for action learning projects and learning.

Innovation includes development of renewable energy solutions particularly wind and solar solutions for on and off-grid power solutions. Likusasa is constantly seeking new and innovative relationships and partnerships to further enhance the environment in which the company operates.

A unique feature of LAMP is the close involvement of the directors and leadership team in the success of the program, acting as mentors and being actively involved in the selection of live work-based projects and refining their scope. The Likusasa leadership team spent around 12 months working with CLC on the design of the program.
LAMP requires each participant to complete three Action Learning Projects  (ALPs) and a group project developed through working closely with the company directors. The three ALPs integrate:

  • Marketing and Information Technology Management;
  • Operations and Finance;
  • Human Resources & Organization and Strategy.
