Management consulting master class, Leeds, UK
25th November 2007Dr Eric Sandelands of Corporate Learning Consultants was invited to provide a Management Consulting Master Class to the MSc (Consulting) cohort of Leeds Metropolitan University (pictured).
The workshop was held on Friday, November 16, 2007 at the university’s Cloth Hall building in the centre of Leeds, UK. The MSc cohort was international in outlook, coming from countries such as Indonesia, Nigeria and Malawi.
The master class was pragmatic in focus, paying particular attention to managing clients, contract management and approaches to dispute resolution. A feature was small group discussions and a self-audit process designed to help participants think through how they will secure their first clients.
