3rd October 2009A Frontline Leadership Skills course was delivered by Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd at the Marriott Hotel, Doha, Qatar, October 3 – 5, 2009. Delegates from Kentz Engineers & Constructors participated from Europe and the Middle East.

The course follows action learning principles, focusing on live issues, problem solving in small groups, fostering strong internal networks, and crafting solutions based upon pragmatic assessments of theory and practice.
The Motivating Others diagnostic provided by the Peter Honey organization was a key discussion point. Following the workshops participants agree further exposure to new situations at work with their mentors in order to put learning into practice and build their own personal leadership capability.




Donal O’Neill, Kentz Group Talent Development Manager provided a strategic overview and insight into the group development of systems.
