Strategy and leadership workshops in Dubai

February 2007

February 2007 saw Corporate Learning Consultants conduct workshops focusing on strategy and leadership for Kentz Engineers and Constructors within the IMCA MBA and Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management programs.

Pictured below (2nd picture) are the associates at dinner with the development staff, joined by Mrs Claire Sandelands, Dr Eric Sandelands (Set Adviser) and Mrs Rowena Ingram.

The 4-day MBA workshop focused on live workplace projects, with the accent on international business and strategic management.

Kentz Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management Set 2 met for their final workshop, Essentials of Leadership. The associates are: Kevin Sheehan, Peter Ross, Juan Barrios, Madhu Pillai, Cyril Leahy, Wonder Tshwane, David O’Shea, Nceisile Sijadu, Michael Regan and David Halligan joined by James Cassin, Kentz Group Quality and HSE Manager and Dr Eric Sandelands.
