KENTZ Group shortlisted for a Graduate Training and Development award.

gradireland imageGradireland recently hosted a Recruitment / Graduate Award evening in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin Ireland on 30th April 2009. Kentz were on the shortlist for an award from over 40 Irish entries in the category of Best Graduate Training and Development section. Against stiff opposition from Abbot, KPMG, Pricewaterhouse and Ulster bank, Kentz came third in category after KPMG and beating Pricewaterhouse, Intertrade Ireland and Ulster Bank.

Kentz run a successful Supervisory Development Management Programme (SMDP) for new graduates, trades people, junior supervisors and high potential employees. The programme was designed by Kentz management team and Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd, the SMDP grounds high calibre people within the realities of the business. It provides a mentored process of exposure to business issues, broad experience and interactive workshops. The promotion of internal networks and leadership potential are key features.
