Kentz CEO addresses Essentials of Project Management workshop

Kentz CEO Dr Hugh O’Donnell led a large team of senior managers addressing the four day Essentials of Project Management workshop which forms a key part of the Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management (EDipLM). The workshop was held at the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai, September 26 – 29, 2007.

Dr Eric Sandelands (Corporate Learning Consultants) facilitated the workshop with Takis Karallis (Group HR Director) and Donal O’Neill (Group HR Manager). Kentz speakers were group-wide and flew in to the workshop from Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and the USA. A broad perspective on project management was provided, including client management, contract management and systems, in addition to core disciplines such as construction management and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
