First Kentz Mentor workshop for Middle East

The first Kentz Mentor workshop for the Middle East was held at the Radisson Diplomat Hotel, Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain on May 7, 2007.

Kentz Mentor workshop

Kentz Mentors are assigned to new graduates and junior tradesmen within Kentz, with each mentor being responsible for potentially three mentees, although two is a more manageable number.

The workshop was held at the request of Eamonn O’Hanlon (Regional Director) in order to meet the need to have mentors in place across the Middle East. Eamonn led it, with Donal O’Neill (Group HR Manager) and Eric Sandelands (of Corporate Learning Consultants) facilitating workshop discussions.

Donal O’Neill is coordinating mentoring activities across Kentz globally, with Bill Andrews as regional coordinator for the Middle East. Mentoring supports those participating in the Supervisory Management Development Program within Kentz.
