Essentials of Management workshop in Bahrain for Kentz EDipLM Set 3

Keynote presentations were made by Kentz executives Eamonn O’Hanlon (Middle East Regional Director), Takis Karallis (Group HR Director), James Cassin (Group Quality & HSE Manager) and Donal O’Neill (Group HR Manager) at the Essentials of Management workshop held at the Radisson Diplomat Hotel, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, May 3 – 6, 2007.

The corporate presentations focused on leadership, HR strategy, quality strategy and Kentz systems. These were augmented by facilitated sessions on a number of core management activities such as people management, managing client relationships and communication at work.

The four-day workshop was facilitated by Eric Sandelands. Essentials of Management is the first of three extensive workshops within the Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management (EDipLM). The program is facilitated and administered by Corporate Learning Consultants on behalf of International Management Centres Association. The group is the third set to follow this program of action learning within Kentz.
