Frontline Management Skills workshop, Bahrain

The Elite Resort & Spa in Bahrain provided the venue for the latest Frontline Management Skills workshop delivered for Kentz Engineers & Constructors by Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd. The workshop ran from February 23 – 25, 2009 and forms part of the successful Supervisory Management Development Programme (SMDP) within Kentz. The SMDP is fully mentored and aimed at newly qualified graduates and trades people, together with other high potential employees. Participants in the workshop were from Abu Dhabi, Ireland, Qatar, Russia and Saudi Arabia.

Donal O’Neill (pictured below on the left) was on hand throughout the three days to discuss issues such as expectations of the candidates, work rotation, the mentoring process and career development opportunities in Kentz.
