Qatar and Russia hi-pots Doha debates
1st March 2010
High potential graduates and junior supervisors from Qatar and Russia met up in the Marriott Hotel, Doha, February 20-22, 2010 for the first Kentz Frontline Management Skills workshop of 2010.

All participants are completing the Supervisory Management Development Programme (SMDP) created for Kentz by Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd., which encompasses workshops, business rotation and mentoring.
A range of sessions examine self-organization and managing people. However, some of the best debates provided opportunities to compare and contrast client, employee and other stakeholder relationships in Qatar and in Russia given the mix within the group.
The Frontline Management Skills workshop, in common with all Kentz Skills Enhancement Courses (SECs) encourages small teams to examine real issues and generate potential solutions for implementation back at work.

Grateful thanks go to Donal O’Neill, Gwen Gannon, Melissa O’Connor, Michael Pyers and the regional HR teams for organizing the event. The facilitator was Eric Sandelands.
