Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
Project Manager roll-out

Brochure CoverCorporate Learning Consultants were invited to participate in Kentz Engineers & Constructors’ roll-out of its capstone Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager manual, training programme and broader roll out. Two three-day workshops took place for more than fifty managers and executives engaged with EPC projects and their support.

The workshops were held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Doha, Qatar, September 3-6 and 8-11, 2007.

The workshops were led by Bob Greaney and Jamie McAdory of Kentz who had led the creation of the manual. Various senior executives delivered case studies from within Kentz and from the broader construction sector. Dave Beldotti, Kentz Board Member drew upon his extensive experiences of the sector in his case study presentations.

The issue of soft skills development is a key one, and is embedded in the EPC programme. These included leadership skills and negotiation, and were provided by Corporate Learning Consultants.
