The Holiday Inn Al-Barsha, Dubai, was the venue for the Essentials of Leadership workshop delivered for Kentz Group by Corporate Learning Consultants, February 24-27, 2010.

This year the group members are focusing on taking Kentz strategy in a new direction having been charged by CEO Dr Hugh O’Donnell with researching and implementing projects congruent with the companies move towards global business units and market expansion.

The four-day workshop combined strategic management sessions with exploration of what it means to be an effective leader, together with the tools and strategies available.

Following the workshop participants continue to work in global teams to deliver change projects within the company. They are supported by corporate sponsors, identified from among Kentz’ senior executives.

The teams will report back at the next workshop, to be held in the Middle East in July, and report upon their progress.
