A series of Skills Enhancement Courses (SECs) for the Africa Region were delivered at the Midrand office of Kentz Engineers & Constructors as part of an ongoing worldwide training and development process within the group facilitated by Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd

The SECs delivered were:

  • Communication Skills, September 11 & 12, 2008;
  • Basic Negotiation Skills, September 15 & 16, 2008;
  • Influence & Assertiveness, September 17 & 18, 2008; and
  • Essential Skills of Leadership, September 22 & 23, 2008.
