This gives the company access to specialist expertise and resources including academic supervision f the project by David Norris of Teesside Business School. Given the close links between CLC and Teesside University a new office has been opened on campus to help facilitate this initiative. The details are:

To gain the widest possible inputs Ganesh has been conducting formal and informal discussions with our various stakeholders including consultants, clients, potential clients and academic partners. Implementation of strategy is likely to lead to the need to strengthen CLC’s administrative team in the summer.

Initial improvements that have been implemented include improved reporting to clients and analysis of training evaluation feedback.
