Priming Kentz’ leadership pipeline
8th May 2011Kevin Bonner, Kentz Regional EPC Manager for the Middle East provided a Kentz leadership perspective at the Frontline Leadership Skills course at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Doha, May 8th and 9th 2011. The workshop was managed by Niamh Moloney, Group Talent Development Officer and facilitated by Eric Sandelands, Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd. Frontline Leadership Skills is part of an extensive graduate development process taking place across the company.

The learning process combines extracting leadership lessons from critical incidents and experiences with problem solving and skills development. Themes explored in the workshop are:

- Change at work (including Who moved my cheese?).
