Kentz EDipLM – MBA enhancement Set 1 gets down to business

Dr. Hugh O’Donnell, Kentz CEO, and Mr. Donal O’Neill, Kentz Group HR Manager took the lead, ensuring that business issues are addressed throughout the newly launched MBA enhancement programme which was recently launched at the Metropolitan Palace Hotel in Dubai.

The inaugural MBA enhancement programme’s first workshop took place in Dubai on 24th to 27th September. The programme is facilitated by Corporate Learning Consultants on behalf of IMCA. Pictured are the associates with members of the leadership and delivery team from Kentz and IMCA.

Denis’s project will focus on the restructuring of Kentz’ regionalized business in the Middle East. Mark will focus on the crucial first three months of the project start-up process. Irvine will engage with the culture shift required in moving towards being an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor, Shane on achieving corporate goals in joint ventures, and Garry on the cultural aspects of successfully doing business in the Russian oil and gas sector.
