Business Premises - The old Coach House

International business, strategy and leadership, Bahrain

7th - 10th February 2008

Workshops were held in Bahrain for middle managers from the Kentz Group focusing on international business, strategic management and aspects of leadership.

Frontline Management Skills Middle East workshops 1

Dr Hadyn Ingram of IMCA joined Dr Eric Sandelands (Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd) to deliver an internal MBA workshop focusing on international business and strategic management. The four day workshop ran from February 2 – 5, 2008.

Dr Sandelands remained in Bahrain to deliver the Essentials of Leadership workshop to a larger group of Kentz managers, February 7 – 10, 2008. The elements of this workshop are:

  • Business environment
  • Leadership, motivation and change
  • Leadership styles
  • Coaching/ leader as coach
  • Team building
  • Systems thinking
  • Strategic leadership
Sessions are interactive for this and all workshops (see photo). Lunch was taken outside in the sunshine.
