Educational agreement reached with Nottingham Trent University

A contract agreement was signed on Thursday, June 24, 2010 by Professor Neil Gorman, Vice Chancellor of Nottingham Trent University (NTU) and Dr Hugh O’Donnell, CEO, Kentz Group for the provision of a linked management and leadership development programme leading to a customized MSc for identified Kentz staff.

In an organized morning of meetings and activities, the visiting team from Kentz were able to tour the extensively refurbished Newton and Arkwright Buildings that are the heart of the NTU city centre campus in Nottingham. Meetings were also held with Peter Ramsay-Dawber, Associate dean, School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment and Dr Andrew Knight, Academic Team Leader, Construction Management.

The Post-Graduate Certificate, Diploma and MSc in Management and Leadership has been specifically designed for Kentz. The development work and piloting through the university’s quality assurance process was managed by Takis Karallis (Kentz Group HR Director), Eric Sandelands (Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd), Dr Dawn Albery, Dr Polly Pick and Barbara Sargeant of NTU.
