Business Workshops

Business workshops can augmented with pre-workshop preparation online, followed by the completion of individual evaluative reports (assignments) earning Masters-level degree credits. A maximum of 16 managers is envisaged given the high levels of participation required.

Finance (for non-financial managers) Themes normally include: accounts, balance sheets, profit & loss, budgets, decision-making, valuing a business, risk management.	4 days
Leadership Themes normally include: business environment, stakeholder relationships, leadership and change, leader as coach, leadership styles, systems thinking and strategic leadership.	4 days
Management Themes normally include: time management, managing quality, people management, financial management, managerial communications, managing client relationships, planning and strategic thinking.	4 days
