Dr Matthew Hind

Dr Matthew Hind has over 25 years experience in both Management and Consultancy. He started his career in Human Resource Management with an International Telecoms business recruiting and managing expatriate staff in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. He then spent 5 years with a UK Telecoms company specialising in Organisational Change and Development before taking these experiences into Consultancy.
He has worked with a range of businesses in the Private and Public sector providing guidance and support through Change initiatives that range from Strategic Planning, Process and People change projects. He is visiting lecturer at University of Wales, Reading University and University of East London. In addition he lecturers in Organisational Change with Business School Netherlands on their International MBA programme.
Matthew specialises in helping organisations manage their Organisational Culture and wrote his thesis on the managing the impact of Culture on Change Programmes.
