Dr John G. Koenigsberger

Dr John G. KoenigsbergerDr John G. Koenigsberger is a Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Engineer. He has worked in IT organisations for over thirty years, working his way through the career structure from programmer to IT manager. During that time he built up experience in technical management, account management, business management, HR management and quality management. He introduced the concept and practice of Action Learning into his organisation, Sema Group (now Atos Origin) and this initiative ran for 9 years without a break. This programme also formed the basis of John's Doctoral thesis, which he concluded successfully in 2004. John was also the head of the Quality Department during the transition of its Quality Management system from ISO 9001:1994 to ISO 9001:2000.

In his spare time, John plays the viola in a symphony orchestra and a string quartet and also plays competitive table tennis.
