Dr Harry LendermanDr. Harry Lenderman (Ed.D) has spent the past 29 years at Marriott Corporation and Sodexho USA in Human Resource and Management/Training leadership. Dr. Lenderman has served as Dean of Revans University, Boulder Colorado since its inception in 1999. In that capacity and working with Sodexho Corporate University, Dr. Lenderman piloted and guided the Corporate University concept of accredited learning at work. His quest for a process aligning company goals and initiatives, while serving the needs of the individual, has resulted in a learning process that has been named the "Democratization of Adult Education".

Dr. Lenderman is co-author of the book entitled "Performance-Based Degrees Earned at Work" which documents the action learning process and highlights the personal progress of the students at Sodexho Corporate University. He is President and CEO of Mount Summit University in the USA.
