Frontline Management Skills Middle East workshops
11th - 17th February 2008Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd delivered a series of Frontline Management Skills workshops for Kentz Engineers & Constructors in the Middle East during February 2008. Frontline Management Skills forms part of the Supervisory Management Development Programme, a fully mentored process aimed primarily at newly qualified graduates and trades people.


Facilitated by Dr Eric Sandelands (Director, Corporate Learning Consultants Ltd) supported by Donal O’Neill (Group HR Manager, Kentz Engineers & Constructors) the workshops cover:
Day 1

- Introduction to management
- Becoming a manager
- Learning styles and process
- Effective supervision
- Developing work priorities
Day 2
- How to win friends and influence people
- Creating working relationships
- Managing conflict at work
- Effective communication
- Understanding Kentz management information
- Assessment process
- Review of workshop
The workshops were held as follows:
- February 11 & 12, 2008 – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
- February 13 & 14, 2008 – Doha, Qatar
- February 16 & 17, 2008 – Abu Dhabi.
